Drum roll….my first post in about 3 weeks…
Here goes, it’s a Yorkshire post, seeing as I’m at home at the moment for birthdays.
On Sunday we drove up to the rather fine Harewood Estate. A walk through some of the fields takes you to where Emmerdale Farm is filmed and if that doesn’t tickle your fondant maybe Red Kite sightings will?

Harewood house took 12 years to build - from 1759 - 1771. It's still lived in today by the same family.
Also in the scrubland next to the Dingle’s Farm was this bird below, I’m not sure – maybe a Whitethroat? I’ve never seen one before.
Also saw Blackbirds, Jackdaws, Carrion Crows, Rooks, Tits, Song Thrush, Robin, Magpies, Dunnock and House Sparrows.
